As a Principal with RyanshTech, Aurelia Gardner provides executive program leadership expertise and brings 20+ years’ experience with strategic planning, marketing, communication, leading IT projects and most importantly, the importance of relationship building. As a seasoned IT Project Manager/Systems Engineer, Aurelia has supported a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from command and control (C2), missile systems, e-marketing website, and payroll processing. As a highly skilled leader Aurelia has proven expertise in PMBOK and SDLC life-cycle management, IT strategic plan development/implementation, Team Building and Systems Analysis. In addition, Aurelia is a certified Lean Thinking/Six Sigma Greenbelt who has conducted a host of kaizens, process improvement sessions and just-do-its.
Aurelia has a demonstrated record of accomplishment as evident by her oversight of Requirements Development/Management and Operations and Maintenance for the 2020 Decennial Census: the largest non-military operations in the USA. As a systems engineer with Lockheed Martin, IBM and Raytheon, Aurelia has led projects with multiple subcontractors and was able to achieve consensus of the project goals with the customer and vendors through a focus on high-energy relationships and high-value project execution.
