As RyanshTech’s Chief Operating Officer, Gretchen works closely with the executive leadership to foster the company’s growth, mature its operating infrastructure, and achieve its strategic business objectives. She has spent 20-years in the private sector working for recent 8(a) graduate DIGITALSPEC, LLC as well as large, small and startup business, building industry relationships, growing talent, and managing business operations that encompassed organizational development, financial planning and control, business development, administration, human resource, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, education, and training development. She has also led the talent acquisition team in developing recruiting activities that leverage best practices for quickly attracting exceptional employees.

As a proven change catalyst, she now applies her expertise, and experience, in partnering with small businesses to provide the integral link to position them for sustained success, profitability, growth and expansion. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin and is an APMP-certified Proposal Professional.
