As Principal of RyanshTech, Sachin is responsible for the Strategic Growth, Business Development and Delivery. Sachin leads the entire executive leadership team to plot a path of success for the company, while providing strategy and leadership to the individual sectors and service lines that RyanshTech offers. He is responsible for customer-facing operations, team management, customer satisfaction, and business development. Sachin has more than 20 years of commercial and Federal experience with proficiencies in project management, financial management and systems, business processes, internal controls, audit readiness and remediation, policy, and root cause analysis. He is an accomplished leader with strong communication skills and a proven track record in conducting thorough data analysis, implementing process improvements, and reducing financial waste and lost opportunities.

Sachin started his career an project manager in the federal sector before jumping into consulting. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Delhi University and resides in northern Virgina with his family
